Yes this car will be a lot different than drag racing in my Firebird.
Front wheel drive vs rear wheel drive will be a lot different for 60 Foot traction.

My best with my Bird is a 13.8 @ 104 mph. It'* an old small block 403 Olds powered beast.

What tire pressures do you guys recommend for the SSEi. 24 lbs :?:

UPDATE:

The 3 of us (Me, Lilpooky, and Katie) took out a 'care package' to KOA late yesterday afternoon. Suds and such. Met O'Niell, Nicole, Jessica, and Andrew. Great people. Shared all the stories of their trip down while the kids played mini-golf. Took off to go to dinner in Albany a bit later (we won't go into the details of that drive ), and then ended up back at the campground for a nightcap.

I took some other goodies out there for them, and I'll take more tonight. They were tight on space, too, and packed rather sparsely. Looks like they're headed to Wildlife Safari in Roseburg today. I'll meet up with them again after work today.

We had good times. Great people. We did alot of sitting and poking around in each other'* cars too. Great opportunity. For example, the 2000+ sunroofs won't VENT! Weirdamundo, eh?

Did some reminiscing about the 'old days' on the club. Remembering when Pdad and Pmom first joined. I'm still amazed that 2000SilverBullet and Pfamily haven't met, and you guys have to go all the way to Oregon to do it!

Pics will be up soon!

Ive been trying 24-26 with 42 on the back but after talking to camminated i'm thinking I might try 42 on all 4. My 60' may suck, but I have a better change making it upu on solid tires then spongy.

Mine does. Looks like some investigative work is in order for PDad and the group.

yeah, on my only day at the track I started out (unknowingly) with 45 psi in all 4. Was pulling 2.2'* and then I pulled the VSS'* and dropped the pressure to like 20'ish and couldn't muster anything better than a 2.5. And that was using street tires (Firestone Affinity LH30'* 225/60/HR16).
