Well my system is a P4 3.4 Extreme Edition system with 2 gigs of ram. I had a heat pipe cpu cooler and my system put off enough heat warm my room. Water cooling has changd that. I dont overclock my systems...just wanted cooler and quieter running thats all.

But really what you do to keep it from coroiding you put about 20% green anti freeze in with the mix, works really good.
