Every 2nd Friday at 12 midnight, we get our statements the Thursday previos, its deposited electronically at midnight. Mortgage comes out the same day...heh

That started way back in the day when you could ask for an advance. They'd pay people on Friday, they'd drink it (or whatever) on the weekend, and then ask fo an advance on Monday tocover their obligations.
