The interesting follow-up:

AFTER this was shipped, on Monday evening, after I'd been called in to work on a HOLIDAY at DOUBLE time, thinking I had enough to buy another torque wrench to put the Zilla back together, what do I find on my front porch?

My two missing torque wrenches. One is a POS, the other is a 10-150 lb. No ****, both on my front porch. My deepwell 1/2" drive lug socket is missing, but both wrenches are there.

So now I think I'll invest in a swivel-head 0-75lb 3/8" drive instead, and have all my bases covered. Gaskets for the Zilla come first though. This monster will be a DREAM to re-torque lugs at WCBF for those that run on slicks.

Whatever happened to the old fashioned German torque and American torque? You know, guten tite, and f**n tight!
