No worries on the hijacking, because you are correct, technically it isn't hijacking. And I don't have a question, nor do I have much to say, so it'* all cool.
Why doesn't my firewire card work??!?!?! God damn linux! lol.
Anyone know if it is even feasible to edit video on a 200mhz Pentium Pro system? I wonder if that thing can even have a firewire card? This is the only downfall to Linux.. drivers, their availability and compatability.
