Parkin lot peelout
I have to say this, if you had "peeled" out in front of me in a parking lot whether it was private or public, I would have called the police. That is not right, especially in a parking lot where families go and have supper. That was inconsiderate and totally uncalled for. That is why we do burn outs at the track, and we show off our stuff there.
I know that you want to show off your ride, but seriously, take into account there are other people on the street and in parking lots.

OK, here in Ohio, state law says that most traffic laws don't apply on private property. Right of way, speed limits, display laws, and lighting laws can't be enforced on private property.
Reckless operation, however, can be enforced ANYWHERE that has unrestricted public access, and certain other laws can be enforced if requested by the property owner, or a representative thereof(i.e., a restaurant or hotel manager or shift manager, or a security guard).
In a restricted access area, i.e., your driveway, a gated lot, farm field, etc., you can deliberately smash your car into a brick wall if you want, as long as you don't damage anyone else'* property without their permission, threaten another person'* safety, or pose a risk of leaving the property if you lose control. Also, they can enforce DUI if you are riding a bicycle inside a padded corral while on too much Benadryl. ANY vehicle, ANY form of intoxication, anywhere.

I get nuts alot, but 360 burnouts at full drift in a crowded parking lot like in the video is just dumb. Something can go wrong and then what do you say?"I'm sorry?"
Now, burnouts from a street light, can get you too. But I still do them anyway.
The newest thing by me is stoplight cameras. They just send you the tickets in the mail.
Good luck trying to protest one. It has your time, date, speed, license number, pic of you in the driver'* seat, and the violation posted. Want to argue? Go ahead, they will play the video for the judge. I argued a no turn on red cuz the ticket said I did at 42 miles an hour. I said there is no way! They played the video and I got punked and the court room laughed. They Judge added another $200 to the ticket after watching me make that turn.
(no there was no other cars there)
These cameras work 24/7 not just when the light is red. So if you go thru a green light at 60mph you will get a ticket about 3 weeks later. These cameras are every where down by me.
