so i got a ticket last nite for burnin out in a private parkin lot....wtf? the ticket says "driving in a dangerous manner"....ive only been drivin for a week

Yup. don't do it anymore. Only do burnouts on public roads, when you don't see ANY cops, as on public roads, it is also considered dangerous driving. If you do it in a private parking lot, the owner does reserve the right to call the police and report a dangerous driving situation. Even EEKing the tires a little bit can get you in trouble.

May i ask a question? Does the parking lot belong to your work? I am only saying this because a cop has no right to give you a ticket on privately owned property...this happened to a friend of mine and we beat the system. If the parking lot does belong to your work, only the *OWNER* can press charges. Let me say that again *ONLY* the owner(not even the manager) can press charges on privately owned property.
