Default Painted The Engine...
...on my '68 Cutlass, not the Bonny. It was in dire need of some Old'* Gold paint. Had the mighty 2-bbl. rebuilt while I was at it, replaced sending units, v.c. gaskets, etc.

That looks like the same carb off of my old truck.

It'* a 1970 Rochester carb. retrofitted with an electric choke. Wired it up this weekend and it works well so far.
