ummm no... Fram is a good brand.... I use them all the time for oil filters... what do you use?
I've actually been told by several mechanics to avoid Fram the same way I avoid BP gas, as in, "like the plague."

I agree with your Mechanic in a can comment, but there are SOME products out there that can help in certain unique situations. But none are a permanent fix.
I haven't found one yet Will, but then again i don't use additives i fix the problen. buy the way will how did you fix your wandering guges on your '93 when you got it??
