Jeff & I took a road trip to Decatur, AL to try out the food at http://www.bigbobgibson.com/ The food is fantastic!! No wonder this guy has won so many awards!!!! This is a pic of what I attempted to eat but the helping was just too much!! It is a loaded potato with pulled pork on top:

Then we head over to Huntsville, AL and we stopped at this place and took a few pics- I hope to go back sometime soon and get the full tour but I was in a hurry to shop. I did quite a bit of walking to walk off some of that great food. Jeff ate all of his but I only managed almost 1/2 of mine. Needless to say we didn't eat anything for the rest of the day.
