I was browing through Fast-Autos.net, and I noticed a link to a forum, dealing with fast cars. I was looking through some of the posts, and I found that most of the people there are incredibly huge jack@$$es. I'm glad I'm in a forum like this, where people don't bash you for your opinion.

Here'* my take. When you sit in front of a monitor, and spout off, its feeling of safety, you can be a tough guy, or a jackass and not suffer the consequences of that kinda behavior. When in reality, you are talking to a real person, in fact many REAL people with opinions and biases of their own.

It comes down to respect. Our meets are so successful, this board is clean and enjoyable, opinions are listened to and appreciated, because we all respect each other.

It also says something about Bonneville drivers in general

I Agree. The BC has a great Staff. I also notice that us Bonneville owners Have a great deal of respect for each other. More respect than any other forum I have visited. Maybe our cars bring out the best in us!! Who Knows? I kno2 one thing, I spend more time on the BC than I do with my Bonny, kid, work......

Take a look at their stats. They're a very small site, and aren't likely to grow much with that kind of talk.
