I used to own an 88 LeSabre (basically the same car as your generation Bonneville) and I do miss that car! It was my first car and it was ultra reliable. I'll give you 87-91 guys credit for that.. your cars are really reliable and there'* a lot less to go wrong with them. Hell, I miss my 88 just for the fact that it was so much easier to work on than the Riviera.. This car is a bitch to work on.

We're not jealous.. we just didn't know they made Bonnies those years..

Jokes.. We never said much about them.. well.. cause you guys dont' say much about them.. until now.. start modding them beauties up then pimped them out to us.. tell us something unique..

i.e. JimW had RLD and did a custom red interior to match and so on and so forth.. so he pimped that thing out.. We can't opress if you ain't pimpin..

If you want handling take a 92-99 strut tower bar and add it to yours.

Mechanically the 88-91 are almost identical to the series 1 4t60e cars. Our trannies are the same, ours is just controlled by the computer, the engines are nearly identical, and the unibody is damn near the same. Ours is just curvier. Those older models can look damn good too IMHO, i just couldn't find one in this area with a good body.

So, the similarities between the 88-91s and the new body styles ends after 95, then?

mine handles like crap, but that'* compared to my mom'* beetle.. which you can take a 25mph turn at 60 .

I do need that strut tower bar.. but unless they can pay me $10 to get it.. then I can't have it.. damn cash flow.

my brakes suck, because I have worked on them said by my mom.
