I just found out that Tori Amos is doing an MSN chat on the 25th!!!! I'm really excited....I wish I could meet her....sorry....just spreading around the excitement.

Who'* Tori Amos?

She is a singer/songwriter...apparently still not too well known. I listen to kinda obscure music. I'm hoping to see her in concert next month. She'* really great.

She also plays the piano with a pelvic grind to the piano bench.

Yes!!! Someone else knows who she is!! Do you like her? Um, she sings....well....her songs are kind of weird, definitely not for everyone....to me it seems like a big therapy session. Her old stuff anyway. Her newer stuff is more mainstream. But still good. If you are interested in her I would recommend Little Earthquakes. That'* the first thing she put out solo.

It is really difficult to categorize her music. I can tell you what I like/don't like and you can probably tell whether you would like her music or not. I like classic rock, some alternative rock, very little top 40 (if any), harder progressive rock, classical music, some rockabilly, no country (I'll probably catch some flack for that one), no soft rock, some jazz, some chistian contemporary, and the type of music that Tori, Izzac, and other, non-mainstream singers compose/perform. Good luck determining from what I listen to.

Tori Amos is pretty cool but I'm a Dave Matthews fan myself.
