The guy used Mobil 1 5W-20 in a 2003 Honda Civic with the 1.7L DOHC Inline 4 changed every 7500 miles.

Mileage at time of photo was 98,000 miles.

This is how mine came apart, and how it sits right now. With almost 120k. The last 50k on Mobil1 at 5000 mile intervals. Please note that cast iron is a darker color than aluminum to begin with:
