Default Old car horn help?

I found some car horns in a project house, They're mine now. I'm trying identify them so I know if they're 12v or 6v. They're marked "SPARTAN" "MODEL SA" "MADE IN U.*.A.", one says "HI", The other "LO".

I found this one, They're not shaped like that. These are in the same "wound" shape as our horns, but they're cast aluminum.

I'd like to put these in the car, From the other cars we had hauled off the site I'm betting they're late 60'* early 70'* horns, Whih ought to make an interesting sound.

Anybody want to help me search for a site giving a little more detail on these horns?

If people can't hear the horn clearly from at least 1/4 mile away, its not a real horn.
