1987 Dodge Lancer ES Turbo which I turned into a Shelby Lancer clone, only in white instead of the Shelby Red.
After that I got a real Shelby #'ed car -1988 Shelby CSX-T #400 which I sold to a guy in Arizona less than 2 hrs after listing it up for sale. He turned it into a 350HP monster utilizing a Neon DOHC head adapted to the original 2.2 TI engine (slightly modified).

A 1989 Chevy Celebrity with 116K when I got it and almost 130K when it blew a head gasket and cooked 2 ignition coils along with a few other things that needed to be replaced. But untill her last days she was a rock solid car. (drove that thing like I stole it and had 24hrs to live every single day.)

Had a nice little setereo in there and loaded to the brim with strobes and neons. 8)

Well, My first was a 1956 McCormick Cub. Which I was allowed to drive on dirt roads near the farm. Three cylinders, four speed manual, PTO, sidebar cutter. Headlights didn't work, so I had to be back in the shed before dark. Starter didn't work either, so I had to hand-crank it. Would at least get me close enough to town that I could walk the rest of the way.

First real road car: 1966 Chevy Malibu. 4 doors, straight 6. Car was rusted out and wouldn't go over 50. When if failed the PA inspection (even the veeeery liberal standards of our local mechanic in Fayette City) it got sent to the scrap yard.

Following that, a 1984 Pontiac Fiero 2m4. Fun car, mechanical nightmare that blew 3 motors, even after the series of recalls. Traded in on a used '87 Camaro V6 in 1994.

Wife's first car: 82 Dodge Aries K. 4 doors, custard yellow. All it needed was the "Government Service" stickers in the back glass. When it bled out on Volusia Ave it got towed to the local Dodge dealer and a new Dakota pickup came home in it's place.

Couple of years later, the Dakota got traded in on the '94 Camaro. Dealer took the truck with a load of roofing shingles in the bed. Even loaned it back to me a week later to haul more shingles to the dump before finally turning it in.

That brings me to the current roster, except for a 1987 Fiero GT. I picked that one up in very rough shape with the intention of racing it in SCCA's ITA class. Got the roll cage in, started working on the blown motor. Came to the conclusion that I didn't have the money to race SCCA (lot more expensive than the AMA CCS motorcycle racing I had been used to) so I gave it to a friend who needed Fiero parts.

First car I drove was a 1972 or 73 Chevy Caprice. First car I ever bought was a 1966 Beetle.

1995 Ford F-150 with a manual tranny. Daddy told me if I could learn to drive a manual, it'd be easy driving an automatic. He was right, and I still love that truck. He's still got it.

First car was a maroon '74 Chevy Vega Kamback wagon. Always had dreams of dropping a 327 with a 12 bolt rear end, cause you could just fit it in there for one heck of a sleeper.

Wrecked it first though.

It was a great 1959 ford short bed pick up. It had big fat TA radials on it and was a nice light lime green. Three speed with a straight six. MAN I wish I still had that truck. I was stupid back then. The tranny went out and I sold it for 600 dollars. Dang it.. I could of done so much with that truck...
