OK. So, GYM vs BOW FLEX, what'd you get?

I was in the same descision making as you, I had the gym membership 50 a month plus a 20 minute, and working all hours of the day,
Youll like it other than the scenary isnt nice in the workout room but its all good, youll notice a difference with a bowflex

Unless you sign up for an aerobics class or something. But around here if you sign up for a class like that just to perv girls they throws ya out. :( Not that I have any experience with that...
Free weights are the only way to go. Buy an olympic weight set with bench and squat rack and throw it in the basemant. I've lifted at home since summer. When I started I could barely bench 225 now i'm at almost 300lbs. Great investment.
Gym...it'* proven that people are much less likely to use home exercise equipment...
