ohh, that Alero hahah
Well, as you all know, thats what i drove for 5 months after my old Bonneville, Anyways, it has been drove a grand total of 300 kms in 3 months, hasnt really done alot. Tonight i moved it out of the garage to put the bonneville in there for a bit to clean it out, Alero does fine on the way out, on the way in The Low Coolant light comes on...okay, so i open the hood and look, well, shes out, squeeze the rad hose it feels like water/air.
The car still warms up just as fast as ever, which is really slow!
hah heres some pics, havent taken them in a long time of this car!

Wierd thing is, I checked all the hoses, they seem fine, i checked the floor where it has been parked, its clean, exhaust is SEEMINGLY thicker, yet it is cold, makes me wonder about the intake gasket

something new
I checked the PCV valve, it has this whitish gummy crap allover it, and the underside of the oil fill cap has the same, normally from moisture build up in the oil and the car not warming up all the way, the smallest trip it has been on latley is 12 miles round trip, so it is always warmed up, and like i said the oil only has 100 miles on it.

Looks like your lower intake manifold, if not, head gasket

I have to agree with Haro...sell it. Regardless of the hit. You'll always take a hit on cars...they're not an investment, only a liability. Cut your losses now before the "hit" grows more and more. Get it fixed first, obviously, so you don't screw the next guy.

Yep. Being an American car, that resale value is going to plummet. I could understand if you were hanging onto a Camry or something, but you're only going to lose out if you keep it.
If you're got that warranty still, fix that LIM and sell it.
