Had that happen to me on a new Merc Tracer once....bought it on a Friday...weather got cold and wet on Saturday...used the defrost and a hour later it was in the same shape....temp contrast on a stressed set...sucked but was covered by insurance....Hope your repair goes faster than mine did.

Tough luck. :( But good deal on the $0 deductible. When you get it back, you might want to carefully check and vacuum around the rear shelf and under the back seat for glass cubes and slivers. They can fall into the smallest places and damage the stitching on the seats. The back window in my SSEi had been replaced, and I kept finding glass in the rear passenger area until I completely stripped the interior.
