Looks like Finch Ave possibly in Etobicoke (**** Eto-be-co) for our US friends.
I think it was Boat that told me last night it looks like someone took a hacksaw to the stock bumper

Believe me, that car was worse when I saw it without the bumper... I'd see it last school year (haven't seen it in a while) driving on Finch @ Bathurst, right by Northview Heights.
