I had to buy this since it was odd and cool. It is the headlight, foglight and mirror adjuster. Who knows the car and year?

the mirror portion is the same one that was used in the 1984 - 1988 Pontiac Fiero.....

Gm put that in lots of cars with power mirrors, my van had them, but i took them out of a newer 90-92
