Not one single road sign, I find that VERY hard to believe. Not even painting on the road....thats enough. I have never seen a driveway with paint on it...like a road.

Here in America....we have something called plainview. Your friend was holding onto it. I don't care if he was holding outside the window or if it was "inside the vehicle." If he was recording the traffic stop, there is a good chance you friend could have been taping you speeding....ta and da....where is the no probable cause??

I'm through....this is like trying to talk sense into a three year old.

EDIT: There is also no way in hell he doesn't have your plate. It was called into to dispatch for the traffic stop....its probably on his in car camera....I PROMISE you its on his daily...among others it is probably in his head to.

if the camera was obtained illegally, it doesnt matter what'* on it.. it is not admissable as evidence in court.
