Default is it normal

in this race, who would normally win:

0-60

96 aurora v8 vs. 98 gp n/a...both stock

and in this race:

0-100

same cars

i have some buddies wtih both cars, and they said the gp beat the aurora until about 60....this didnt seem right to me

The GP has more low end power. The Aurora has serious high speed power. It makes sense.

I can beat an NA GP off the line and top end, GTP is another story off the line.

On the roll the Aurora will beat em all. Especially Autobahn equipped

Off the line is either depending on a lot of things.

I whooped on every car @ bfest atleast once, but they all came back at the end of the day.

considering stock for stock, the aurora would slaughter an NA Grand Prix. a GTP however would totally own an Aurora (autobahn equipped or not.)
