Not entirely true. North Dakota doesnt actually exist. Many years ago, while calculating the area of the US, a cartographer made a mistake with his figures and increased the diameter of the earth. Later, while assigning borders to states, they were left with this imaginary space that noone could figure out what to do with. They attempted to calculate the validity of the existence of North Dakota, but this ended up happening.

Therefore, on November 2nd, 1889, by congressional decree, north dakota was made to be part of the union to eliminate the dead space, and to keep any other cartographers from dying. This is why, despite the fact that it is a big state, there is nothing there and there are no people there.

The representatives from the state come from Northern South Dakota, Western Minnesota, and a Newfoundlander who came to America so he could continue the practice of sodomy.
