Man Stan...I'm sorry to hear that. Pets are hard to lose.

Thanks again, guys. He was old, blind, deaf, diabetic, and due to Cushing'* Disease his muscles had atrophied to the point that his hind quarters finally gave up. I know, and I'm sure he knows now, that it was the right thing to do, but playing God is absolutely no fun at all. I hope I NEVER have to make a decision like that on anyone else in my family.

Yeah...knowing that it is the "right thing to do" doesn't make it any easier to make the decision, or handle things afterwards. My thoughts go out to you, Stan.
