Thanks again, guys. He was old, blind, deaf, diabetic, and due to Cushing'* Disease his muscles had atrophied to the point that his hind quarters finally gave up. I know, and I'm sure he knows now, that it was the right thing to do, but playing God is absolutely no fun at all. I hope I NEVER have to make a decision like that on anyone else in my family.
