finally found one for a good price. yea i know winter is almost over, but nows the time they go on sale. 
So $79 is a good deal around here for a Propane one.
most of the 35,00BTU + ones are $100+

But the Garage Leaks like a Civ anyway so theres plenty air flow..
but yea i know, ill have to let fresh air in every hour or so...
