Pat, Go there and get the software they have. I used it when my hard drive took a jump off the deep end and I was able to save 99% of the files on it. Only a couple pictures were semi-messed up, but everything else was fine. If I had my copy still, I'd lend it to you. If your data is desperately needed, then the price I don't think is too bad. Again, I have used this and it does work. Does require a computer with working hard drive and enough space to move everything to (so when your new hard drive comes, use that)
