Newbie here, Hi There!
I hope you don't mind my joining the forum. I will most likely be just lurking in the background picking up information.
I have picked up a damaged Bonneville as an organ donor of sorts. Its 3800 */c will be purring away just behind my right shoulder. It will be going into an 86 Fiero (4 speed) over the next couple of months.
Our club has several underway, 3 3800'* and at least one 3.4 DOHC. Some of the guys are computer friendly. Unfortunately, I just use 'em and don't know what makes them work. We may get/give some help in this area as we have to fool the little devil (pcm) into thinking it still lives in its original body, not to mention tranny changes. We'll have a 4 speed. 5 speed, and auto.
Also I may have some bits left over that someone could use.
Thanks again,
Gary
