You will get a description of the code, what this circuit does, what can trip this code, symptoms, and solutions. I still have a lot of codes to add, but many of the common codes are entered. Do these codes apply to GM vehicles only? What are P0501 and P0280?

P0501 is a VSS (vehicle speed sensor) out of range.
P0280 is cylinder 7 injector circuit.
