Default New Motorcycle

Hey guys I got a new bike! Me and my friends wanted to get bikes for this summer. We figured it would be a really fun summer. So anyway I have been looking for a bike since about the beginning of march. I finally found a 2000 suzuki bandit 600 up on the north shore. I got it for 3350 and the girl I bought it from works at a dealership and can get me discounts on all my accessories. I'll be picking the bike up on saturday when I get the cash but for now I gave her a deposit. Let me know what you think.

It looks like it says "Bandit 1200" on the farring. Is this a misprint?

Anyway, bikes are great. I wish I still had mine.

yeah i dont know what the deal is with that. It is a bandit 600 but the bike says bandit 1200. I think the owner before the girl that owned it had it changed over for whatever reason. The bike is immaculate thouogh. So clean no dings or dents.

Great looking bike... please ride responsibly and keep it that way! If you wreck a motorcycle, the chance of serious injury/death is much higher than that of an automobile crash (ask anyone who works in an ER). Get a quality helmet and leather riding gear, while you have that accessory discount.

You might wanna make sure the forks are straight on the bike , It appears that the only reason the bike would have different fairings is because it was dropped. I am not too sure about the fairing on those bikes but the 600 and 1200 may be the same size so if the bike was dropped and the got a good price on 1200 fairings , they may have replaced them .
BTW have fun and ride with a helmet at all times. My boy may not be able to speak again! You can fix a broken arm and leg or live without it but you GOTTA be able to speak to your kids!

hey i know the bike has never been down and if it has, which i doubt, the bike is perfect becuase the girl that owned it before me said her shop checked it out plus she is an instructor at a state motorcycle training school. Just by talking to her and her actions I can tell she is very cautious and if there was anything wrong with the bike she would have had it fixed. I am not worried about the forks at all. The seals are good too cuz the forks are bone dry
