The T is taco bell
the blimp is steak escape

I dont know the J star or R 23/26

I thought the star was Hardy'* but it isnt taken it.

Tried howard Johnson and jack in the box for the J

No clue on the R

EDIT: The R is Roy Rogers (WTF Is this?) and the star was Hardee'* i just cant spell.

That leaves the J....
