I just signed my first apartment lease in Wheaton, IL in preparation for my summer internship in Chicago. Man I feel old! I did some research, went down there and signed it Tuesday. It looks like a nice area, and I'm about a block away from Wheaton College - I'm hoping some ladies stick around for the summer ! It'll definitely be weird living on my own, cooking my own meals, etc. I think there'* a couple members in the area so I'll have to meet up with you guys this summer!

Right now I'm in Platteville (SW corner of the state) where I go to college. My hometown is Verona (near Madison). This summer I have an internship in Chicago and I got a place in Wheaton.

its not that bad I moved out at 17, hard to find a good landlord without parents or a cosign but I did....I signed my first lease last year when I was 19.

After looking around a lot, and then visiting it sure seems like it! Sort of a long commute to work but it should be worth it.
