I suspect this is the biggest marketing blunder Budweiser ever made. Kahne doesn't look old enough to drive, much less drink beer. I just don't see his style fitting their image, especially with Dale'* history to live up to.

The best way to do it is to transition him in with a couple commercials having BOTH of them in it.

Even that would seem really strange. I just can't imagine Jr. and Kahne hanging out together, you know? My guess is that any commercial showing the two talking racing over a beer would be awkward at best.

Maybe they should have picked a driver with a history of drinking. Didn't Michael Waltrip crash a car and walk home a while back? Was it beer or drugs that Scott Wimmer was using when he ended up hiding under a bed a couple years back? Eh, either way, one of those two would have been a better fit. If they went with Waltrip, he could have plugged for the sponsor very easily whenever he missed yet another race, "Yeah, I'm gonna go to my motorcoach and drink a few Budweisers now."
