Nothing like having something to show for all the money you forked over,other than rent reciepts.

I know just how ya feel. I got my house just after I turned 27. It'* almost half paid for

i cant wait to buy a house i gotta get my credit card paid off then i can start saving. i want a garage sooo bad.


ho wmuch did that house cost ya. im looking for some about that same size depending on the price, i might build cuz i know some people so i might get it built cheaper.

I'm closing the end of January, then making a few small improvements before move in. I'll hopefully be in the weekend after my big boat show of the year (Valentines weekend). The price was $185,000, which is typically a lot for a 1600 square foot house, but I live in a resort town. Houses around here with no garage, and only one bathroom go for over $200k all the time. The previous owner was trying to sell fast, I had a contract within 12 hours of being listed. They had to pull the sign out of the yard because their phone wouldn't stop ringing.
