If you ever go to cecil racetrack, you would be suprised how many ****-kicker hondas and acuras are running 12s/13s. These things looked aweful with orange wheels and blue/white smoke comming out from behind. But still running 12s/13s all motor.

I'm sure I'll get flamed for this, but, I actually kind of like the looks of it minus the wing on the back and the black hood.

I drove the 06 Si Civic on a small test track the day before yesterday, it was a pre production prototype (they said it was hand assembled at a cost of "near 100000") so I didnt drive it too crazy, only got to the top of 2nd gear (didnt look at the speed) but let me tell you it IS a quick little car and will out handle about anything in its class with its standard LSD and a suspension tuned so well I couldnt belive it was a pre production car. Exhaust sound was the most beautifull I have EVER heard from ANY 4 cyl car ive ever listened too sounded almost like a mini F1 motor at 8000 rpm. Interior quality and fit and finish as well as exterior are luxo quality. Available with voice activated Navi and XM radio with a 350 watt system!!! BTW Hondas estimated 0-60 is 6.7 not 7.3.....still not as fast in a straight line as a good L67 but not slow by anyones standard, but the real fun starts when the straight line turns into a corner .93 skidpad numbers. We got to drive then ride with a pro driver, and I got the best of the 3 drivers, and let me tell you he drives in the Atlantic Pro series and he was breathing so hard and fast after the end of this lap that I thought he might have a heart attack.......this guy drives 200 mph cars for a living!!! Anyways look forward to a very nice car when it arrives. But also look out for the kids that buy the Base 140 hp coupe and slather it with Si badges and put on the 18" HFP rims so everyone thinks theve got a real Si.......dang ricers ruin it for the really nice cars

In terms of the Si, they definately seem to be better than the ones they're replacing. The hatchback versions we're dogs from what I understnad. And the new ones look better too.

Definalty these bad boys are just asking for a rear spolier that would humble a dodge daytona'* spolier (just the wing, we all know who would do the humbling if they were matched in a race and not just a compairison of wing size)
