Nah, it can't be a car. We're tired of breaking our backs putting the kids in a car. Sarah says it has to be a SUV or a minivan.
Trust me, there was a beautiful S60 there that I wanted to take for a spin....

The 2.5 ltr. 4 cyl. engine in the first gen cars had a problem with head gaskets. After 2003 and later, they fixed this issue.
I also read a couple of places that the timing belt needs to be replaced because it'* an interference engine. I might request that along with the ABS problem.

Foreste'* got quite a bit of extra cargo space/features than any sedan (if that what you looking for). And alot better gas mileage than alot of the SUV genre. I like Suburu'*. Alot of people here in the sticks drive them with few complaints. They do have a complicated drive system and as Gunner mentioned there are troubles with them. It seems though the only ones I know in my area with those problems have teenage kids who tax that drive system to the max. LOL.

You're right. I was only looking at 1999'* to 2001'*. Anything newer was too expensive.
