I quess your right when I look at the pics of 69 but that nose really turns me off.
And the new Mustangs about the same, maybe it'* just my age but they all look the same. I was looking at an 06 gto and really liked it.

From these two pics...I LIKE IT! ! I saw a new Dodge Charger- a salesman had one for a rental. It was a base model, and the outside was mean looking, but the interior? UGH! Hated it....cheap cheap cheap. Ugly dash, console...And the salesman said it was a "dog" on the road...no power at all...

havent heard really about the power of the challeger. Given quickness of the 300 I figured they were too. Any My thoughts of getting a GTO in a couple years after loving the 06 are down the drain. Maybe it'* time to buy a Hyundai

I kinda like it. It'* got the agressive look an American Muscle Car should have.

What they've been calling a GTO is, at best, a pony car. Not a muscle car as the name would imply.

As long as they couple that aggressive look with a gas sucking, high HP power plant, they might just get us old, stubborn, cranky guys to buy a few of 'em....

The GTO I drove wasnt a base model. It had a 5.7 I believe (got my beer buzz on,andt it was faster than my GXP, hands down. Anyway like I mentioned I think it must be my age ...they all look the same

There is no GTO base model. Only options were color, and tranny, for the most part last year. Now there is wheels and appearence package.

It was an 06 and must of had teh apperance package. I've test driven 3 this year, the GTO, a G6 Retractrable hardtop and a Solstice while waiting for my car to be serviced. i've bought a number of cars from them and they let me play while waiting. Like the GTO and G6 but the Solstice was a dissapointment.Had the ummph of a VW bug
