Salt sorta kinda helps the burger "cure" if you will, as it cooks. It gives it a better flavor(my opinion) and a better color.

What a joke, I think Bull should sue. She didn't serve the burger she merely cooked it. The one who should be facing charges imo is the supervisor that ok'd the meat for use.

As a McDonald'* employee, This is complete udder, undeniable, asshatted, abused, stupid, asinine, and retarded. Oversalt the burgers? We season the patties with a salt + pepper blend. I'll over season it but it doesn't make a difference. 1 shake or 10 it tastes the same. Personally I'd like to see the officer berated for this. Fired too. Some officers are arrogent hardasses and abuse their athoritah (cartman) and made the officers that actually do their job right look bad.
