Something alliterative works: I do not know your first name but an example would be "Dan'* Diesel Direct" or "Pete'* Performance Diesels" or "Pro Performance Diesels".

Course if you start your shop name with an "A" it helps with listings in directories and catalogues.

So I've got to get a federal tax ID # and a "sellers certificate" or something like that. Do I just talk to an attorney about that?

no the state tax office can do it no atturny needed for that stuff around here we just go to city hall and can do all that
