If you could look through pages 3-5, I'd like an honest opinion. I want someone to tell me what I did wrong.

Certainly worth the read. And a prime example of what happens when Staff takes on a mindset of leaving each Staff member to Admins as they wish, not criticize, and act like they are on the same page. Friendliness and accountability. Two things that disappeared and turned our own nest into a hell hole that ended up offline. I will not allow this to happen here again.
