Yeah I was told 1997 was the last year for them, had autostick standard, and had major Tranny improvements, along with many other improvements.

like most others said, either take it since its free and beat it up until its done or sell it in parts for cash

Yeah like I said, I will most likely take it to make a profit off of it. I'll just fix what needs fixed, clean it up and make it look nice, and put it up for sale. I am shooting to get $1500 out of it anyways.

If its free then go for it. Thats the only way i'd ever own one. They are for sure a beater car. I see them all the time rusted to heck. My neighbor had one and it was a pile. Poor interior quality, burning oil, rust after only 5 years (bought it new), and the obvious transmission failiur. Slow too for 215hp. Expect 8.7 0-60 and 16.2@86mph to be the norn for one in top running condition. In C&D the autostick actually slowed it down. Probably a tactic Chrysler used to get a tranny out of the owner faster.
