Need help shrinking a picture.

I have a picture that is 120220 bytes and i need it to be 39.1 KB. How can i do this?

what file type is it?

prolly a .bmp

open it in paint...

go to image>stretch/skew

put the first 2 numbers at like 25 or 50

save it as a .jpg

yup...

paint has really gotten to be a pretty good simple program...it will open almost anything

or you can just send me the pic and ill do it
