Default need help with 94 integra issue for my best friend.

o.k i'll keep it simple.

he has a 2 door integra and he took out his cluster so he`could put one of the white face'* they sell on ebay and when he went put the cluster back on the car he pluged every wire back in and then replaced the cluster and now when he drives it only when the car redlines then all electrical stops working. headlight, tails, interior, the cluster it self wont even work at all untill the car stops redlineing.?

any ideas or clues.. im about to go to his house tomorrow and help him as he has always been there for me when i had no one to help me with my car...

thanks guys
