Default Need computer (internet explorer) help

The other day I got attacked and my firewall / antivirus let something through.
I scanned and removed it but there is some lingering crap in there still.
When I read on the boards, certain things are double underlined and if you hover over them a cute little search popup appears with addresses to crap companys.

I have figured it to a script of some sort but cant root it out, when you view the source of this page for intance you can see a link to qwklnkserv and some other crap.

Anyone know what I'm taking about and how I can fix it? My virus and privacy scanners are not picking it up, I think its a back door program?

I use maxthon. it'* a front end for ie, allow tabbed browsing, built in popop blocking.

I play with firefox, but alot of the java stuff I use doesn't work properly with it. (remote control apps, etc)
