While my school does some pretty dumb stuff, I thought this was a neat idea. We all got big sheets of paper and stood on the football field and made a big flag. The police department from the big city next to the town sent their helocopter to take pictures. Anybody'* school ever do anything like that?

Thats really cool though.

Every year the graduating class goes out and stands in the shape of their class year. For example, this year we made a giant 06 on the footballl field. Someone stands on the top of the bleachers and takes a picture. They are in every yearbook.

We don't do anything like that. We should, though. Our football field is totally underground and the bleachers are all made of granite. Not very comfortable, but it looks cool. Makes an awesome backdrop for pics.

My grade school did that before we graduated. We all stood out in the parkinglot/school yard and made 1998. A helicopter took a pic.

My school 'used' to have a huge snowball fight with the other college in town every year. I was awed, in my freshamn year, to see this OCEAN of people swarm my dorm!
I don't know if they still do that but was it a fun night!
