Default My Poor Friend....(Nothing tragic guys)

We were talking about cars. He has a Ford F250 Powerstroke with a five speed. He hit a deer with it and was being fixed. He had a rental car. It was a...........Ford Taurus with the 24V. He said "I tell you what, that Taurus was the fastest thing I've ever driven, golly if I ever needed a car, I'll buy that Taurus in a heartbeat." I told him "You know that my car can easily beat that car" His reply was, "Well when I floor it, it reallys get up and goes! so it might beat your car." I did not reply after this.

Oh my poor friend, he'* so naive.

Thought this was humorous since he thinks a Taurus is fast!

Yeah even though it has a 24v DOHC Duratec, they really aren't that impressive. Last time I checked they had a 8.7 0-60 for the Duratec, and like 9.8 secs for the Vulcan 3.0.
