Default My other favorite car MINI Cooper

The american crash tests for the next car that I want to buy were just released yesterday

This is the European test results which are a little easier to read then the American version. The European test is also a more stringent test then the American.

http://www.euroncap.com/results.htm

Click on Superminis and then the BMW MINI link to see the results.

Here is the American one.

God I want one so bad so depressing that I can't buy one yet.

No need to buy when you & a friend can just pick one up anywhere! LITERALLY TOO!

The beauty is in the reincarnation from the original Austin Mini Cooper. A very small (smaller that the current) car that was offered in the US for a short time. It is just unique to the American public because we Americans were building BIG at the time whereas GB was thinking smaller, more economical. A lot of people feel as you do. I like them, but not as much as the original. Another neat car is the SMART CAR. It is advertised as the car that can pull into a parallel parking spot either perpendicular or parallel to the curb. I saw these in Italy last November. These are only two seaters as the Mini is supposedly four seater, two adults and two small children only though.

Driving will never be the same if you could cut the wheels side ways like that to park a car.

What I meant to say is that the smart car is so short that it can pull into a parallel parking spot with its nose to the curb and its rear bumper to the street. I don't think I would want it as a daily driver, (I like bonnie'* size) but it would be a neat and unique runabout for when I need to make a parts run for the bonnie in the middle of a break job, etc.
