The only thing that looks out of place is that windsheild washer fluid reservoir. And a crappy WAI

Ummm, that'* a MAF just inboard of the filter on the WAI....

edit, NM, it'* just a big connector sitting on top of the tube.

It'* one heck of a poorly done L67 swap, thats for sure.
Small engine fire? Hard to see on this crappy work monitor.
