now how do those handsets work

are they just wireless then? or do they have to be connected to a phone line too?

there a regular house phone... so Yes.

just that there over kill. im a geek so i just lots of buttons and options

but also you dont need a phone line hooked up to them or even be neer the base station to use the 2-wat raido funtion...

Very cool looking even though I'm not a big fan of cordless phones, signals get intercepted to easily for my comfort

I've got a Uniden that'* expandable also,I love it.

At that frequency range,it'* way harder to intercept a signal

? why would someone need blue tooth for their home phone? are people really on the phone that much?

and excuse my non-geek ignorance, but instead of using a home phone that "taps" into your cell phone minutes why wouldn't you just use your cell phone? I only ask because I don't know how it works, I'm not trying to bash
