Default My new COP incident... *****

MUST READ. This is what several COPS are like HERE!!

Well my bro and I went cruisin' tonight. It was raining so we weren't racing. I had the Bonne (duh ) and he had his Firebird. We drive around for a while. I actually did race him once, and I smoked him. I'm enjoying my new Magnaflow

Anyway, my bro was behind me at a red light. It was a U-turn lane. Just before the light went green, my cell rang, I noticed it was my friend Joe (he owes me $320..that'* another story) I need the $$ and I hadn't heard from him in a while, so I was going to make the U and pull into a parking lot that was on the right side after the turn (on a 3 lane street). When the light went green I turned, and as I almost was halfway around, some idiot in a white Civic was at a red, and he started to turn, almost hitting me! I honked the horn, but he didn't stop. The parking lot was up ahead and he was in my way, so I honked again and he slowed down and I was able to get in front of him and turn into the lot to get my phone. I then see a COP pull up behind me, turned his lights on me!!! Then my bro pulled up next to me.

The cop gets out and goes to my bro first. He tells HIM to give him his license, registration, etc... My brother asks, "Can I ask why?" (He didn't do anything wrong, and neither did I) The cop said, "Yeah, you're under arrest." What a *****!!!!! I thought to myself this cop'* a d!ck. My brother asked why he was under arrest, the cop was obviously being a d!ck, and he said "you're trespassing in this lot, there'* no loitering...", blah, blah, blah. He told my brother to turn the car off, except he half yelled it to him.

(I'll try to keep this short.) I gave him my license...he asked why my front plate wasn't on, I said because of my accident, and I was waiting for the shop to get the right holder for me (yeah, it was partly BS, but oh well). He also said I almost got in an accident (with that Civic that almost hit me). He said I cut him off, blah, blah... I said I didn't and my brother also explained that the Civic went on a red, as I had the right of way.

Anyway, he gave me a ticket for no front plate AND for "unsafe lane change"!!!!!! What an A$$hole!! The Civic turned ILLEGALLY as I had the right of way. I even honked my horn TWICE and he finally let me turn. And this cop has the nerve to give ME a ticket for "cutting him off", especially when my record is clean!

Anyway, the lot was a public lot, there was no "No trespassing" sign as he said to my brother when he threatened to arrest him. This guy was a *****. We were in the lot a total of 10 seconds before the cop got out, so how is that considered "loitering" anyway? And arresting him for driving in a public lot, come on!!

I'll probably pay the fine for the plate, I'm not putting it back on. Unless it'* like $50. But I'm arguing the other ticket. I think this guy thought I was like the Ricers out there because of my SSEEEYAA lic. plate, I don't know, but he was an A$$. He obviously didn't arrest my brother, because it was BS in the first place.

That'* my story, at least I have a place to vent.

That really sucks man.... I'd fight those charges (except maybe the LP charge).

I only hope the judge isn't have the same bad day the cop was.

I'd say fight the ticket for unsafe lane change in court! you could win and you never know my bro got lucky in court(he has 7 tickets ) and said his clutch needs adjusted and got out of an excessive acceleration ticket If you give it a try you could save some $$$

The LP charge I COULD fight if I wanted to, since it'* the same court date as the other one. The cop said to show the judge my receipt for buying a lp holder and it would be dismissed. Maybe I'll just bring in my old LP holder. But it'* not a moving violation so it wouldn't go on my license or insurance.

The other charge is BS. If the other d!ck in the Civic didn't go on a red he wouldn't have caused anything. I on the other hand had the right of way and needed to turn. I didn't come close to hitting the guy. I'* just a big PITA. I just went to court a few weeks ago and got another ticket thrown out. But now I have to go again.

Unless I just plead guilty and mail in the ticket w/ a guilty plea on the back. It shouldn't be that many pts on my license. Actually, I probably would do that but I'm not going to give the cop or the city of Syracuse the satisfaction.
